Building a house is a big deal. The integrity and quality of the builder you choose is really important. Unfortunately this blog is the result of a very disappointing experience with one three designer homes and I couldn't warn you off one three designer homes strongly enough .
It's not a bitter rant , but I do feel like sharing our experience in the hope that it may be useful to others in deciding which builder to use or in dealing with their builder.

The water seemed very slow to escape down the shower drain. When the cover was removed it became obvious why.
